RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with our products, we’ll be happy to refund your money. You can return your unopened items within 15 days from the date you received them. Only items purchased directly from Purdori can be returned to us. You will receive a refund for your purchase amount minus the cost of shipping and handling. We cannot refund the cost of shipping and handling unless the return is the result of an error by us. If you used any discounted code, voucher or coupon for your purchase, and the item is returned for a refund, your discounted code, voucher, or coupon cannot be used again.
- Once we receive your return, we will process it within 7-10 days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 10 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
- We will not accept returns or issue refunds if we do not receive your return request within the 15 days period.
- A valid receipt is required for all eligible product returns. If you do not have your receipt, we may be able to locate it in our system.
- We do not issue credits for refunds.
- Opened items or used items are not returnable, unless the return is the result of an error by us.

We do not accept exchanges. You can place a new order for an updated item, and separately mail the return back to us according to the above return policy.
Final Sale Items
Any products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
